Audit log
Settings → Audit log, owner-only. It records changes to invoices, payments, tax rates, team members and API tokens.
Recent activity on Home is derived from current records. The audit log is stored separately and retains entries after the records they describe have changed.
Columns
The latest 100 entries, newest first.
| Column | Contents |
|---|---|
| When | The time of the change, in the account timezone |
| Who | The user responsible |
| What | The action |
| Details | The fields changed, with their previous and new values |
The filter narrows to a single action, or shows all activity.
Exporting
Export CSV downloads the trail as currently filtered, rather than the 100 rows displayed, named audit-log-YYYY-MM-DD.csv.
API and CLI writes
Writes through the API and CLI are recorded like changes made in the browser, naming the user whose token was used and the request IP address. Issuing and revoking a token is also recorded.
Tokens are revoked rather than deleted, so log entries keep a valid reference.
The audit log is available while an account is paused for billing.
